The LocalHero Philosophy

At LocalHero we believe the local knowledge doesn't some from massive databases, big media, or central government, it comes from the people, local people.

We all have something interesting to share. Until now the problem has been linking local knowledge to those who are interested. LocalHero's objective is making it easy to publish AND discover local knowledge. We are working to make it as easy as possible for people to publish, search and find that information online.

To achieve this we have designed a purpose built content management system (publish), linked it to powerful search (search), and built and innovative interface (find).
