Technical to do's

All these items are of a technical nature.

1. Article marker needs to differentiated (current approach is a fudge)
2. Add the tagcloud query to the inital site queries.
3. Use Atom for requested Ajax content (the current format is rss).

5. Move site to XHTML (currently html).
